仕事の価値は上司に文句を言われないこと、それ一点だ。

これが故に労働環境のブラック化が生じる。

上司の個人的な信条によって、労働の価値が判断されるので

・仕事の成果を提出するまで完成度がわからない

・完成度１００％になるまで無駄な書類作りにおわれる

・利益追求のための仕事でないので、給料が上がらない

などのデメリットてんこ盛りだ。

こんなの長年その上司と仕事してきた連中が有利に決まっていて、

「こんなこともわからないのか」とか

「俺も最初の３年間はつらかった」とか

「事前にねごっておかないのが悪い」とか

「結局仕事は人間関係だ」とか

俺らはエンジニアなのに、こんな抽象的なアドバイスのもとで仕事が行われる。

そんなもんだから、プロセス改革が叫ばれるようになってもどこから手をつけて良いのかさっぱりわからないのだ。

だって、価値判断の根っこが上司に文句を言われないこと、なのだから。
